Overview
The Ares combines two systems in one device. The long-range system guides you towards a buried target across open ground, and the EFM search coil then confirms it at close range with sound and vibration that grow stronger as you approach.
The coil mounts on an adjustable carbon-fibre pole, or you can use the unit handheld. The battery runs more than 20 hours at full brightness and volume, and the full kit weighs 5.5 lb.
