The Alpha is Ajax's long-range locator for gold, silver and other metals. It is a modern electronic take on the traditional rod method, with two integrated long-range systems that let you set the target type, distance and depth.
A colour interactive screen in eight languages, a 10-hour battery and a light, compact body make it comfortable for long surveys. Ajax rates the Alpha at up to 2,850 m forward search distance and 50 m depth.
