These terms apply to purchases from Premium Detectors LLC through premiumdetectors.com.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sending an order through the website is a request to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm stock and price by email and you complete payment. If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you before taking payment and you can cancel.

Product information

Specifications and photos come from the manufacturers. Depth and range figures for ground scanners, long-range locators and water detectors are the manufacturers' stated maximums and are not a guarantee of results, which depend on soil, target and conditions.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Lawful use

You are responsible for using detection equipment lawfully, including getting landowner permission and following federal, state and local rules on detecting and on archaeological sites.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.
