Overview
Most pinpointers are VLF and lose their way in mineralised soil and wet salt sand. The IQ Pointer runs a 674 Hz pulse induction core that ignores those conditions and keeps full sensitivity.
It balances itself at power-on and re-balances with a short press. A 6-level LED bar fills as you close in, the tip detects through 360 degrees, and three sensitivity levels, a flashlight, silent mode and a lost alarm round it out. Weighs 7.5 oz.
